How to create a new patient in PACS if it generates an error?

When creating a new record for a patient that is already in the PACS, it will present an error. To solve this, follow this process.

1. If an error is generated when generating a new patient record, a tag or attribute must be added. 2. In New Attribute place the tag (0010,0021) and click on the plus sign (+).

3. The new attribute is added to the list and finally saved.
